We stand by the quality and purity of our products, and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, faulty, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

If you have purchased an item from one of our stockists, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.

Your rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. Le Lapin adopts the same approach. The type of remedy we can offer you may also vary depending on how long it takes you to return the product to us. At Le Lapin, we will always take a fair and reasonable approach.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All refunds will be made by method of payment, excluding any delivery costs.

To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase.

Please contact us and let us know why you wish return your product, and we will advise you on how to return your goods via post.

What items are non-refundable?

  • discontinued items
  • used/empty products
  • partial return of gift sets
  • free or promotional items included with purchase
  • gift cards

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days of receipt.


You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return and/or exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to arrive.

Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
